PROCLAMATION NOTICE 190 OF 2024
by the
President of the Republic of South Africa
By virtue of the powers vested in me in terms of section 12 of the National Small Enterprise Amendment Act, 2024 (Act No. 21 of 2024), I hereby determine:
| 1) | 1 October 2024 as the date on which sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10(1), 10(3) to 10(9) and 11 of the said Act shall come into operation. |
| 2) | 1 December 2024 as the date on which section 10(2) of the said Act shall come into operation. |
