National Research Foundation Act, 1998 (Act No. 23 of 1998)2. Establishment of Foundation |
| (1) | There is established, as from a date fixed by the President of the Republic of South Africa by proclamation in the Gazette, a juristic person to be known as the National Research Foundation. |
| (2) | The Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999), applies to the Foundation. |
