Regulations on Limited Payout Machines

1)	A route operator must provide the provincial licensing authority with audited annual financial statements and any report communicating the results of the audit within such periods as specified in terms of the relevant provincial legislation.

2)	The provincial licensing authority may request additional information or documents from either the route operator or the auditor of the route operator regarding the financial statements or the services performed by the auditor.
