| (1) | These regulations are called the Regulations under the National Forests Act 84 of 1998, and shall come into operation on the date of publication by notice in the Gazette. |
| (2) | The Forest Act regulations published under Gazette No. R.602 of 27 March 1986 are hereby repealed. |
