| (2) | The Minister may, as trustee— |
| (a) | act on the advice of the Committee on Forest Access; |
| (b) | solicit and receive donations and sponsorships; |
| (c) | receive funds appropriated by Parliament; |
| (d) | contract; |
| (e) | use money in the Fund; |
| (f) | cooperate with any organ of State or person; |
| (g) | commission research; |
| (h) | provide environmental education; |
| (i) | provide information and other public services; |
| (j) | charge fees for goods the Trust supplies and services it renders; and |
| (k) | delegate any of his or her powers and duties as trustee to a named official in the Department. |
