"national protected area"
means –
| (a) | a special nature reserve; |
| (b) | a national park; |
| (bA) | a marine protected area; or |
| (c) | a nature reserve or protected environment— |
| (i) | managed by a national organ of state; or |
| (ii) | which falls under the jurisdiction of the Minister for any other reason; |
