The management authority is responsible for the submission of plans required in terms of the Act and the Biodiversity Act, and reports required in terms of these norms and standards and this include but not limited to—
| (a) |
a management plan, and the following which must be submitted as part of a management plan— |
| (i) |
bïodiversity or species management plans; |
| (ii) |
alien and invasive species eradication plan; and |
| (b) |
a report to the MEC on progress towards meeting these norms and standards, which may include progress towards implementing the corrective measures indicated in paragraph 3(5), where necessary. |
