National Empowerment Fund Act, 1998 (Act No. 105 of 1998)26. Certain Exemptions regarding the National Revenue Fund |
| (1) | The Minister may for the purposes of the Trust exempt any money from the provisions of section 213 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 (Act No. 108 of 1996). |
(2) The above exemption shall apply only in so far as it is necessary to meet the objects.
