(1)
| (a) | The Minister may at the end of each calender year determine the remuneration and allowances of the trustees taking into account the time spent by them in the service of the Trust. |
| (b) | A determination made by the Minister is subject to the approval and concurrence of the Minister of Finance. |
| (2) | The salaries and allowances so approved by the Minister in terms of subsection 10 (1) may be paid to the trustees from the trust funds. |
