Commencement of the National Conventional Arms Control Amendment Act, 2008 (Act No. 73 of 2008)

In terms of section 20 of the National Conventional Arms Control Amendment Act, 2008 (Act No. 73 of 2008), I hereby determine the 16th April 2012 as the date on which the said Act comes into operation.
