| (1) | The Authority shall as soon as practically possible and in accordance with a time frame as determined by the Authority inform any applicant of the receipt of an application for the registration of a medicine, medical device and IVD. |
| (2) | The Authority shall as soon as practically possible and in accordance with a time frame as determined by the Authority after receipt of the application by the Authority inform any applicant in respect of any application referred to in subregulation (1) on the acceptance of the application for evaluation. |
