In these regulations, unless the context indicates otherwise any word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Media Development and Diversity Agency Act (Act 14 of 2002) has such a meaning:
"the Act"
means the Media Development and Diversity Agency Act (Act 14 of 2002); and
"project"
means a community media project, a small commercial project and a research project.
