Legal Deposit Act, 1997 (Act No. 54 of 1997)11. Delegation of powers |
| (1) | The Minister may delegate any power conferred upon him or her by this Act to an officer in the Department. |
| (2) | A delegation under subsection (1) shall not prevent the exercise of the power in question by the Minister himself or herself. |
