The Board must meet at least four times every year at a time and place as determined by the Board. |
| (a) |
The secretary of the Board must, at any time, upon the request in writing of— |
| (i) |
the chairperson of the Board; or |
| (ii) |
not less than four directors, subject to paragraph (b), |
convene a special meeting of the Board, to be held at a time and place as the chairperson may determine.
| (b) |
At least one of the directors referred to in paragraph (a)(ii) must be a director referred to in section 6(1)(a) or (b). |
