The President of the Land Claims Court has, under section 20 of the Land Reform (Labour Tenants) Act, 1996 (Act No. 3 of 1996), prescribed the rules contained in the Annexure hereto, regulating the procedure to be followed in arbitrations conducted in terms of the Land Reform (Labour Tenants) Act, 1996 (Act No. 3 of 1996), with effect from 21 February 1997.
