| (1) | The judge gives a duplicate of the dossier to the arbitrator when he or she appoints the arbitrator. |
| (2) | The arbitrator may refer to the documents in the dossier. The parties may not submit any more documents explaining their cases unless the judge orders or permits them to do so. |
