| (1) | An employer must ensure that a copy of the Determination is available and accessible to the employee. |
| (2) | give a copy of that sectoral determination— |
| (i) | to an employee who has paid the prescribed fee; and |
| (ii) | free of charge, on request, to an employee who is a registered trade union representative. |
