The minimum salary which is currently R11 398-80 will be increased by the ATB on the dates as set out above and shall be applied each year and will increase by the agreed upon ATB percentage as set out in clause 4 for the parties to the agreement and on the date as determined by the Minister of Employment and Labour for the non-parties to the agreement.
