In these Regulations any word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act shall bear that meaning and, unless the context otherwise indicates—
"Executive Secretary"
means the Executive Secretary in the Office of the Chief Justice as contemplated in section 37(1) of the Act; and
"the Act"
means the Judicial Service Commission Act, 1994 (Act No. 9 of 1994).
