PROCLAMATION

by the

President of the Republic of South Africa

Under section 13(4) of the Judicial Service Commission Act, 1994 (Act No. 9 of 1994), I hereby fix 29 January 2014 as the date on which the period of 60 days referred to therein commences and within which every judge must disclose to the Registrar, particulars of his or her registrable interests and those of his or her immediate family members, for the first time.
