In this Schedule—
"Board"
means the Board on Tariffs and Trade constituted in terms of the Board on Tariffs and Trade Act, 1986 (Act 107 of 1986); and
"matter pending"
means any matter that had been received, but not disposed of, by the Board prior to its close of business on the day immediately before this Act came into operation.
