| (1) | The Minister, in consultation with the Minister of Finance, will determine the allowances and other benefits of the members of the Advisory Board and the Dispute Panel, who are not in the full-time employ of the State. |
| (2) | NIPMO will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Advisory Board and the Dispute Panel. |
