PROCLAMATION
by the
President of the Republic of South Africa
In terms of section 18 of the Intellectual Property Rights from Publicly Financed Research and Development Act, 2008 (Act 51 of 2008), I hereby determine 02 August 2010 as the date on which the Act shall come into operation.
