If any facility contemplated in section 4(1)(o) is to be maintained mainly for the care of debilitated persons, the facility shall be deemed to be a home for the aged as defined in section 1 of the Aged Persons Act, 1967 (Act No. 81 of 1967), and sections 3 and 4 of that Act shall apply mutatis mutandis in respect of that facility.
