The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette or by written notice sent by post or handed over, and subject to such conditions as he may determine, exempt any person, including any company or other juristic person or class of such persons, either generally or under such circumstances as may be specified in the notice and either indefinitely or for such period as may be so specified, from the operation of any or all of the provisions of this Act.
