26. Application of Public Finance Management Act

Purchase

1)	The Agency is subject to the Public Finance Management Act and its financial management, preparation and submission of budgets, preparation of financial statements, audits and annual reports, and reporting must be done in accordance with the Public Finance Management Act.

2)	The powers of the Agency must be exercised subject to the provisions of the Public Finance Management Act.
