Government Employees Pension Law, 1996Annexure 1 : Government Employees Pension Law, 199635. Short title and commencement |
| (1) | This Law shall be called the Government Employees Pension Law, 1996, and shall subject to section 34 come into operation on a date fixed by the President by proclamation in the Gazette. |
| (2) | Different dates may be fixed under subsection (1) in respect of different provisions of this Law. |
