| (1) | Any claims, applications, or other matters to be dealt with, and any actions or decisions to be taken in terms of this Law, that were not finalised prior to the commencement of an amendment to this Law, shall be finalised in terms of this Law, as amended. |
| (2) | Any claims or applications that may have been previously rejected and finalised in terms of this Law prior to the commencement of an amendment of this Law, may be resubmitted for consideration in terms of this Law, as amended. |
