| (1) |
| (a) | The laws mentioned in Schedule 2 to this Law are hereby repealed to the extent indicated in the third column of that Schedule. |
| (b) | This section shall, in respect of a particular previous fund, come into operation on the date determined in terms of section 14(1) in respect of that previous fund. |
| (2) | The laws specified in Schedule 3 to this Law are hereby amended to the extent indicated in the third column of that Schedule. |
