The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries acting under section 20 of the Genetically Modified Organisms Act, 1997 (Act No. 15 of 1997), hereby make the regulations set out in schedule hereto and repeal the regulations published by Government Notice No. R. 1420 of 26 November 1999.
