PROCLAMATION
by the
President of the Republic of South Africa
Under section 54 of the Firearms Control Amendment Act, 2006 (Act No. 28 of 2006), I hereby determine 10 January 2011 as the date on which sections 1(b), 1(i), 2, 4, 8, 9,10, 18 and 52 of the said Act shall come into operation.
