"market infrastructure"
means each of the following, as they are defined in section 1(1) of the Financial Markets Act:
| (a) | A central counterparty; |
| (b) | a central securities depository; |
| (c) | a clearing house; |
| (d) | an exchange; and |
| (e) | a trade repository; |
