In this Part—
"application"
means an application for a licence required in terms of section 111(1)(b) or (2) or section 162;
"licence"
means a licence required in terms of section 111(1)(b) or (2) or section 162;
"licensee"
means a person licensed in terms of section 111(1)(b) or (2) or section 162.
