This Act repeals—
| (a) | sections 31 and 39 of the Powers and Privileges of Parliament Act, 1963 (Act No. 91 of 1963); and |
| (b) | in the Public Finance Management Act— |
| (i) | sections 3(1)(d) and 3(2); |
| (ii) | [Section 72(b)(ii) deleted by section 20 of Act No. 34 of 2014]; |
| (iii) | section 13(1)(a); |
| (iv) | the word "Parliament," in section 13(5); |
| (v) | section 22(1)(a); and |
| (vi) | the words 'a provincial legislature or' in section 22(5). |
