| 1) | Any export duty levied or any fine imposed in terms of this Chapter shall be paid by the exporter concerned to the Board for the benefit of the State Revenue Fund. |
| 2) | The Regulator shall issue to the exporter a receipt in respect of any export duty or fine paid by the exporter. |
| 3) | Any money paid to the Regulator in terms of this section shall be paid into the State Revenue Fund within seven days after receipt thereof. |
