Diamonds Act, 1986 (Act No. 56 of 1986)Chapter V : The Diamond Trade53. Applications for registration of authorized representatives |
| 1) | Any juristic person may apply to the Regulator on the prescribed form for the registration of a natural person as its authorised representative. |
| 2) | A juristic person which has applied in terms of subsection (1) for the registration of an authorised representative shall furnish such additional particulars in connection with its application as the Regulator may require. |
