| (1) | A warrant or writ of execution or an attachment order in respect of a design application or registration shall be served on the applicant or the registered proprietor, as the case may be, and a copy of such writ or order, together with proof of service, shall be lodged with the registrar on Form D7 for recording in the register. |
| (2) | An entry of any attachment may be removed from the register on request being made to the registrar on Form D4. |
