Designs Act, 1993 (Act No. 195 of 1993)2. Application of Act |
| (1) | The provisions of this Act shall apply in respect of all registered designs, whether registered before or after the date of commencement of this Act: Provided that a design registered pursuant to an application made before such commencement shall not be revoked except upon any ground on which it could have been revoked in terms of the repealed Act. |
| (2) | All applications and proceedings commenced under the repealed Act shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of that Act as if it had not been repealed. |
