Purchase

No person may be appointed as a member of the Board if that person–

(a)	is a minor;

(b)	is of unsound mind;

(c)	is an unrehabilitated insolvent; or

(d)	has been convicted of an offence and sentenced to imprisonment without the option of a fine unless the Minister is of the opinion that the said person is fit to serve as a member of the Board taking into account the nature of the offence and all the relevant circumstances relating to that offence.
