| (1) | The Board may, for the purposes of enforcing the code of conduct referred to in section 5, convene an inquiry into any breach of the code of conduct and must conduct the inquiry in the prescribed manner. |
| (2) | The Board may— |
| (a) | subpoena any person to appear in person at an inquiry; |
| (b) | subpoena any person to produce any documentation relevant to such an inquiry; and |
| (c) | seize and make copies of the documentation produced in terms of paragraph (b). |
