Proclamation No. 46 of 2019

President of the Republic of South Africa

In terms of section 46 of the Competition Amendment Act, 2018 (Act No. 18 of 2018), I hereby fix the date of publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette as the date on which sections of the Act specified in the Schedule hereto shall come into operation.
