Proclamation No. 25 of 2016

President of the Republic of South Africa

In terms of section 16 of the Competition Amendment Act, 2009 (Act No. 1 of 2009), hereby determine that section 12 of the said Act, insofar as it relates to section 73A(1), (2), (3) and (4) of the Competition Act, 1998 (Act No. 89 of 1998), comes into operation on 1 May 2016.
