Psychology services account must be accompanied by a referral letter from the treating principal doctor indicating the condition of the employee and the need for such services. An overall event limit of ten (10) sessions including group therapy is allowed. One session is allowable per day. Motivation letter is required for sessions more than 10 (ten). |

Compilation of reports: Reports are required after every consultation, counselling and/or therapy including group therapy. |

Appointment not kept: The Compensation Fund will not grant benefits in respect of appointments not kept, the patient will be liable for payment. Cancellation of appointment should be within 24 hrs |
