Notice in terms of Section 10 of the Companies Act, 1973, and Regulation 8 of the Companies Administrative Regulations, 1973
Notice is hereby given that all fees to be paid in pursuance of the Companies Act, 1973, and the Companies Administrative Regulations, 1973, must, with effect from 1 July 2005, be paid either by means of-
| a) | Direct deposit or electronic transfer in to the CIPRO Bank Account; |
| b) | Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card payment; or |
| c) | Cash or debit card payment at CIPRO Office. |
Notes:
| 1) | Particulars of the CIPRO Bank Account are obtainable from the CIPRO website at www.cipro.gov.za or the CIPRO Call Centre at 086-184-3384. |
| 2) | Payment as indicated in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) above, may also be done at certain Post Offices, particulars of which will be published on the CIPRO website. |
| 3) | Notice No. 265 published on 18 February 2004 is hereby repealed. |
