Notice is hereby given that all fees to be paid in pursuance of the Close Corporations Act, 1984, must, with effect from 1 July 2005, be paid either by means of—
| (a) | direct deposit or electronic transfer into the CIPRO Bank Account; |
| (b) | Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card payment; or |
| (c) | Cash or debit card payment at CIPRO Office. |
Notes:
| (1) | Particulars of the CIPRO Bank Account are obtainable from the CIPRO website at www.cipro.gov.za or the CIPRO Call Centre at 086-184-3384. |
| (2) | Payment as indicated in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) above, may also be done at certain Post Offices, particulars of which will be published on the CIPRO website. |
| (3) | Notice 268 published on 18 February 2004 is hereby repealed. |
