| (1) |
The Minister may make regulations with regard to— |
| (a) |
any matter that in terms of this Act may or must be prescribed; |
| (b) |
the lodging of complaints with the Commission; |
| (c) |
the conducting of investigations by the Commission; |
| (d) |
the information that any organ of state, public entity or private enterprise is required to provide to the Commission and the form and period of such reporting; |
| (f) |
any ancillary or incidental administrative or procedural matter that it is necessary to prescribe for the proper implementation and administration of this Act. |
| (2) |
The Minister may by notice in the Gazette issue guidelines and practice notes relating to the interpretation and application of this Act. |
