| (1) |
Every employer on whom this sectoral determination is binding must— |
| (a) |
keep a copy of the sectoral determination available in the workplace at all times; |
| (b) |
make the copy available for inspection by an employee; and |
| (c) |
give a copy of the sectoral determination— |
| (i) |
to an employee who has paid the prescribed fee; and |
| (ii) |
free of charge, on request, to an employee who is a trade union representative or a member of a workplace forum. |
(All the provisions of Wage Determination 471: Clothing and Knitting Industry, Republic of South Africa published under Government Notice R934 of 3 May 1991 and all the subsequent amendments will be superseded by this determination with effect from the date of implementation.)
