The table below is provided to assist applicants for permits to determine whether the applicants have complied with all the administrative requirements for permit applications prescribed in these Schedule B Regulations. These Schedule B Regulations provides in regulation 4(3)(c) that compliance with all applicable regulations made in terms cf the Act need to be determined and regulation 5(2) states the manner in which incomplete applications are to be dealt with.

Regulation 4(1) |
A compliance assessment shall be performed before the submission of a permit application if the permit applicant chooses to perform the compliance assessment. |

The compliance assessment shall be performed by a competent person. |
