Academy of Science of South Africa, 2001 (Act No. 67 of 2001)12. Audit, annual and financial report |
| (1) | The accounts and balance sheet of the Academy must be audited internally and externally on an annual basis. |
| (2) | The financial statements must be submitted to Members within six months of the end of the financial year. |

| (3) | The Academy must submit to the Minister the financial statements referred to in subsection (1) and such other particulars as the Minister may require within six months of the end of the financial year. |

| (4) | The Minister must table the report referred to in subsection (3) in Parliament. |
