‘‘prescribe’’
means to prescribe by—
| (i) | rules issued by Agrément South Africa; or |
| (ii) | regulations issued by the Minister in terms of this Act; |
means to prescribe by—
| (i) | rules issued by Agrément South Africa; or |
| (ii) | regulations issued by the Minister in terms of this Act; |
